Rosie Hewat is a Board and Executive Advisor specialising in leadership, governance, and organisational risk. She is the Founder & CEO of Rosie’s People, a leadership and organisational advisory platform through which she supports founders, boards, and senior leadership teams operating in complex, high-growth, and regulated environments.
Rosie’s work spans executive leadership, board governance, and strategic advisory roles. She has held senior positions including Group Chief People Officer and Non-Executive Director within international fintech and technology organisations, contributing to multi-jurisdictional expansion, governance readiness, and leadership capability during periods of rapid growth and change.
Alongside her advisory work, Rosie is a trustee and an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine. Her writing explores leadership, organisational power, governance, and the human dynamics behind business performance, drawing on lived executive experience and a deep interest in how systems, incentives, and culture shape outcomes at the highest levels of organisations.
