Rae-Anne Cohen

Emotional Intelligence Coach

Rae-Anne Cohen is a future-focused changemaker, emotional intelligence coach, and international speaker who helps people reconnect with their inner strength and lead from emotional honesty. During her academic journey, she faced trauma, self-doubt, and the weight of PTSD, depression and anxiety. Through that period, she learned to listen to her emotions rather than resist them, transforming feelings she once viewed as “negative” into fuel for growth, clarity, and purpose.

Now completing her PhD in Education at King’s College London, Rae-Anne explores the power of emotions and how they shape the way we connect, communicate, and show up in the world. Blending research with lived wisdom, she empowers others to embrace their emotional world as a source of insight, resilience, and self-trust.

Rae-Anne is guided by a simple truth: we are all masterpieces in progress. Through her coaching, speaking, and writing, she supports people in breaking internal narratives, building emotional confidence, and seeing themselves through a lens of possibility rather than limitation. She invites individuals and communities to view their inner challenges as catalysts for growth, self-honesty, and leadership.

As a multilingual speaker passionate about human connection, Rae-Anne shares her voice across cultures and sectors, encouraging people to reclaim their emotional stories and move toward lives aligned with purpose and self-acceptance. Her work carries the message she learned firsthand: your emotions are not obstacles, they’re signals inviting you to grow, heal, and pay attention.
