Since her youth, Rachel has been a quiet leader and bold risk taker. She seeks to inspire and empower everyone that comes into her path in any way that she can.

Her journey has been one of setbacks and struggle. She spent much of her life feeling disempowered and trapped. She was a teenager when her health deteriorated and by the age of 30 she was diagnosed with an aggressive Hodgkins lymphoma cancer.

Only after her intense fight for life did she begin to learn and appreciate the power of natural healing, inner work and soul coaching/transformation. Since then, she has mentored and coached many people in various ways, using all of the modalities and tools she has learned.

One of Rachel's core values is that one must address the whole person when dealing with illness or emotional distress. The body does have an innate intelligence to heal, and nothing happens in isolation. Health and healing are available to the whole person, but having a supportive guide to accompany you in that process is often the difference between experiencing transformation or staying stuck.

While some people come to coaching out of need, Rachel also enjoys working with clients that have an adventurous outlook on life and want support in crafting their next steps.

Rachel is a life long learner, explorer and enjoys being immersed in nature and a compelling story. When she is not working, you can find her sketching a picture of a place that brings her peace, reading a riveting book or cooking.
