Petra Brunnbauer is a Neurohumanetics Synergist, founder of The Jōrni, host of the Jōrni Podcast, and author of The Functional Freeze Formula. With a Master’s in Psychology and over a decade of working with the nervous system, Petra is committed to advancing Neurohumanetics as a holistic approach to how we live and thrive.

The Jōrni offers Neurohumanetics programs that support individuals across the multiple dimensions of their lives. Inspired by her personal journey through chronic stress, Petra created The Functional Freeze Formula, the first holistic framework for recovering from chronic stress and Functional Freeze.

Through The Jōrni, her book, podcast, and speaking engagements, Petra works most often with women professionals and entrepreneurs, helping make sense of challenges across their health, relationships, and work that connect back to the nervous system.
