Paul Grainger is a leadership performance practitioner with over 25 years’ experience working across Asia-Pacific and global markets. Born in Belgium and raised in the UK, he has lived and worked in Southeast Asia for nearly 30 years, developing a deep understanding of leadership, performance, and team dynamics across cultures and organizational contexts.
 
Paul has worked with leaders and teams in startups, scaling organizations, and multinational companies across more than 15 countries. Throughout his career, his work has supported tens of thousands of professionals across various sectors, including education, technology, and multinational enterprises. He is particularly known for his ability to work effectively in complex, fast-changing environments where pressure is high, and execution is crucial.
 
In 2020, he founded Unlock Dynamic to address the limitations of traditional development programs. Today, his work centres on helping organizations build performance that holds over time – enabling leaders and teams to reclaim their most valuable assets: time, focus, and energy – even in unpredictable and high-stakes conditions. His approach sits at the intersection of performance, clarity, and human behaviour, supporting leaders and teams to remain calm, focused, and effective under sustained pressure.
 
He lives in Bangkok with his wife and two young children, who remind him daily that performance only matters if it’s sustainable and meaningful.
