I am Oksana Didyk — strategist, researcher, speaker, and unapologetic rock fan who believes strategy should be as bold as a guitar riff and as precise as a chess move. For over a decade, I’ve transformed complex puzzles into actionable strategy, guiding organizations through market entry, risk reduction, and transformation across Europe, the Nordics, and the Middle East.

My work bridges boardrooms and borderlands: from helping Nordic companies expand into the Gulf to advising global brands like Danone and BMW on cultural positioning. With seven languages under my belt, I decode complexity across regions where business, politics, and identity intersect.

I hold a PhD in Political Branding and am the author of The Master Watching Over – The Strange Comfort of Strongmen, a book that explores why people long for confident leaders — and what this means for branding, democracy, and human psychology. Beyond theory, I’ve built my own approach to political and corporate branding, blending neuromarketing, cultural analysis, and storytelling to map the emotional codes that shape decisions.

As a speaker, I thrive on delivering talks that mix brutal facts with humor, whether I’m unpacking leadership archetypes, customer insights, or failed product launches. Through Oksan Didyk Consultancy, I advise on strategy that sticks, while my research and teaching have taken me to universities and business schools worldwide, where I share insights on leadership, branding, and cross-cultural strategy.

I’m also a mentor for internationals in Denmark, a curious cook, a cycling nerd, and a tea loyalist who happens to find heavy metal the perfect soundtrack for deep thinking. My mission is to make strategy human, culture-smart, and decisions meaningful.
