
Nicci Lee
Founder of Lovingly Guided / Love and Authenticity Practitioner
Nicci is the founder of Lovingly Guided. She helps women overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, and trust themselves again, guiding them toward stepping back into their personal power. Nicci draws on her own healing journey from severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD, combined with a Level 2 EME coaching certification, six years of active military service, a Master’s in Environmental Science, a Master’s in Business, and three years running her coaching business. Her approach combines mind, emotion, and energy work to create coaching programs tailored to each person's unique needs and journey.
She is also the author of Rewriting Life's Rules: How to Break Free from Society and host of the Lovingly Guided podcast, where she shares personal breakthroughs and practical tools for shifting mindset and creating lasting change. In addition, she is the founder of Keeping Roots, a non-profit dedicated to land preservation and environmental stewardship, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact in all areas of life. Through compassionate coaching, transformative programs, and nature-based retreats, she helps women gain confidence, clarity, and alignment to create a life rooted in authenticity and self-trust.
