Nhi is a media psychology educator and founder of NHI Multimedia, a media psychology and well-being studio focused on conscious engagement with digital environments. She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Media Psychology, specializing in how media influences attention, emotional regulation, identity formation, and behavior.

Her work centers on the psychological and emotional impact of constant visibility, social comparison, and algorithm-driven media–particularly for creators, educators, and leaders working in high-exposure environments. Through her proprietary MediaBliss Framework™, Nhi approaches media not as neutral content, but as an emotional and psychological environment that continuously shapes perception, nervous system responses, and self-concept.

Nhi’s writing and educational work integrate media psychology research with reflective and contemplative practice, offering tools that restore agency, clarity, and emotional resilience without moralizing or promoting digital avoidance. Her approach emphasizes awareness over restriction, regulation over optimization, and authorship over performance.
