Nashay Lowe

Founder & Principal Consultant

Nashay Lowe, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Lowe Insights Consulting and host of The Resolution Room podcast. She is a conflict transformation scholar and practitioner with a doctorate in International Conflict Management, bringing over a decade of experience in community development, strategic planning, and social science research.

From an early age, Dr. Lowe was drawn to solving complex problems and helping others find common ground. That curiosity grew into a lifelong commitment to reimagining how people, teams, and institutions approach conflict. Rather than viewing conflict as something to avoid, she frames it as a natural part of growth and a powerful opportunity to create clarity, connection, and lasting change.

Through Lowe Insights, she has developed signature frameworks including the P³ Conflict Compass™ (Perspective, Process, Provention) and the 3C’s of Leadership (Clarity, Connection, Consistency). She designed these frameworks to complement and build upon one another: the P³ Conflict Compass™ equips leaders with a foundational lens to understand and prevent conflict at its roots, while the 3C’s of Leadership framework translates those insights into daily practices that sustain healthier cultures over time. Further, her flagship program, The Transformational Leadership Series™, equips leaders with the tools to move beyond quick fixes and create healthier communication habits that translate into more resilient workplaces.

Dr. Lowe’s work has spanned academic institutions, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. She is not interested in just being another consultancy, she is building a thought-leadership ecosystem with the goal of providing accessible, research-based solutions that turn conflict into a catalyst for thriving cultures.

Her approach blends academic rigor, global frameworks, and lived experience to help people break toxic cycles, prevent recurring struggles, and reimagine what is possible when conflict is approached with care.

Her mission: To make conflict transformation a cornerstone of leadership and culture worldwide.
