Mindset of an Athlete Consulting
Starting at the age of 5, Millicent Sykes had a trajectory to become an elite athlete. During her teenage years, limits were experienced through two injuries, with one becoming chronic.
In college, she had the decision to attempt to continue toward professionalism or to pivot. Sports psychology was building momentum and this is where Millicent Sykes decided to start her career development. From philosophy, to education, to psychology, Millicent gleaned skills and abilities needed to understand mindset, decision-making, goal-setting, self-expression, and motivation. Now, her mission is to master complexity while having a positive influence on how we see ourselves and others.
