Melinda Thomas is an Empowerment Coach for Women, Sacred Activations Practitioner, Medical Intuitive Activations Practitioner, intuitive channel, and founder of the Rise Within, Glow Without movement for women. She is passionate about helping women get unstuck, rewire long-held beliefs, reclaim their inner power, and rise beyond survival mode through subtle or profound energetic shifts — without touch, retelling, reliving, or repeatedly revisiting past pain.

Beginning her coaching journey in 2011, Melinda worked in personal growth, mindset, and life coaching before feeling called to specifically support women seeking empowerment, healing, clarity, and a gentler approach to personal growth without feeling alone in the journey.

Through her own lived experiences navigating bullying, grief, sexual assault, chronic fatigue symptoms, medical gaslighting, endometriosis, and adenomyosis, Melinda developed a deep compassion for women silently carrying emotional, physical, and energetic burdens while still trying to hold everything together.

Her work blends empowerment coaching with Sacred Activations, intuitive channelling, and energetic modalities to support meaningful shifts in ways that honour each individual’s journey. Melinda believes many women do not fully realise how powerful they truly can be, and that even subtle shifts can create profound change, inner rise, empowerment, and new possibilities across all areas of life.
