Melinda Thomas is an Empowerment Coach for Women and founder of Rise Within, Glow Without - a movement for women in mind, body, and soul. Her work combines empowerment coaching, Sacred Activations, Medical Intuitive Activations, and intuitive channelling. Melinda's certifications also include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC).

She is passionate about helping women get unstuck, rewire long-held beliefs, reclaim their inner power, and rise beyond survival mode. This creates space for growth and new possibilities. Her Sacred Activations work supports subtle or profound energetic shifts - without touch, retelling, reliving, or revisiting past pain, with no processes or techniques to learn.

Melinda began her coaching journey in 2011 before taking time away to raise her family. She later felt called to invest in training and upskilling before returning. She felt a strong intuitive pull to work with women seeking empowerment, healing, and clarity, as well as women who desire more from life, are ready for growth and expansion, and want to explore more of the potential within themselves.

Having navigated bullying, grief, sexual assaults, chronic fatigue symptoms, medical gaslighting, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and burnout, Melinda developed deep empathy for women carrying emotional, physical, and energetic burdens while still trying to hold everything together.

Her work brings together the practical, energetic, and intuitive, allowing each woman's journey to unfold in a way that is individual to her. Working online with women globally, Melinda is expanding her work through writing, speaking, and in-person group experiences.

At the heart of her work is what she wants women to know: you are not broken, and your past does not have to define you. Melinda believes women are far more powerful than they perhaps realise, and reclaiming their inner power is about uncovering what already exists within. Even subtle shifts can create profound change and new possibilities - empowering women to Stand Tall, Stand Out, and Stay True.
