Melanie Greenhalgh
Neuro Change Coach
Melanie Greenhalgh is the founder of Collective Wisdom Coaching and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, resilience, and equity. With over 30 years of experience working in youth work, health promotion, and domestic violence support, Mel has dedicated her life to helping some of society’s most vulnerable individuals. Her deep understanding of human behaviour, combined with her lived experiences, has shaped her unique coaching approach, which blends cognitive neuroscience, neuropsychology, and compassionate guidance to create sustainable, life-changing results for women worldwide.
Mel’s personal journey has been marked by profound challenges, including the loss of loved ones, a house fire, and a cancer diagnosis. These experiences, which she calls her “decade of disaster,” have given her an unparalleled depth of empathy and resilience. Rather than being defined by adversity, Mel has used these trials to fuel her mission of empowering women to reclaim their voices, redefine success, and live with authenticity and purpose.
Through her flagship program, The Real Success Academy, and other offerings like Show Up & Ignite, Mel has helped countless women move beyond overwhelm and self-doubt to become what she calls “Activated Women.” Her coaching focuses on breaking the cycle of self-bullying, fostering emotional freedom, and creating a calm, compassionate relationship with oneself. Women who work with Mel don’t just experience transformation—they gain the tools and confidence to sustain it over the long haul.
In addition to her professional expertise, Mel’s work is deeply inspired by her belief in equity and the power of women to create meaningful change in the world. She is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, inclusion, and empowerment, and her programs are designed to help women step into their full potential with clarity and confidence.
Mel’s philosophy is simple yet transformative: “Go gently.” She believes that true change doesn’t come from pushing harder but from embracing who you are and taking intentional, meaningful steps forward. Her work has been described as a lifeline for women seeking to break free from guilt, shame, and overwhelm, and her commitment to her clients’ success is unwavering.
Today, Mel continues to inspire and empower women across the globe, creating a legacy of resilience, compassion, and equity. Her mission is clear: to help women not only survive but thrive, creating lives filled with purpose, joy, and sustainable success.
