Mark Proctor is a success advisor, leadership coach, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of elite leadership experience gained across high-pressure, multinational environments. Having served in senior military roles around the world, Mark built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, guiding leaders through complexity, and instilling the principles of courage, clarity, and character at every level of an organisation.

After transitioning from uniformed service, Mark founded Green and Scarlet Leadership and Advisory, a UK-based company dedicated to empowering leaders to become the best version of themselves. His coaching and advisory work focus on confidence, courage, decision-making, and values-driven behavioural change, helping leaders bridge the gap between knowing and doing. He is particularly known for his work on the CARDIGS (courage, appreciate, respect for others, determination, inspiration, gratitude and spirituality) values framework and his belief that anything above zero compounds when applied with intention.
