Leadership Theorist

Mark Branson had just finished a 3 day leadership seminar. His thoughts on the flight home, what a boondoggle. Employees told Branson he should write a book on his different approach to leadership. Flying home, Branson told himself, I have to write a book. The year was 2006. Branson started his college career in 2009, earning an MBA and MS in Leadership in 2016.
 
Branson looks at leadership much the same way scientists look at general relativity and quantum mechanics. Scientist have long sought-after a Theory of Everything that explains the microscopic world and the galactic universe. Would a new theory combine relatively and quantum theory, or will The Theory of Everything be an advancement beyond our current understanding. Branson created Unified Leadership Theory, not to combine the ideas of current leadership theory, but to create the most advanced leadership theory on the planet, leaving the old concepts of leadership behind. Servant Leadership requires 18 traits. Authentic Leadership requires 12 behaviors. Unified Leadership requires zero traits and zero behaviors. In fact, Branson leaves every existing idea of leadership behind. When asked why, Branson states simply. They weren't good enough to bring forward. Branson was disappointed as a student of leadership. In consequence, Branson became something much more rare, a creator of leadership.
