Marion is a certified Executive Coach and Psychometric Practitioner, specialising in leadership coaching, team dynamics, and organisational transformation offering a range of psychometric services: Personality (MBTI), Interpersonal relationships (FIRO-B), Conflict handling (TKI) and Emotional Intelligence and Influencing, Executive Political Intelligence, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
 
Marion is also developing Mirror by CoachMuse®, a digital application enabling self-directed, AI-supported coaching reflection, built on the SHIFT-R™ Coaching System designed to enable and empower leadership resourcefulness for change.
