A Certified Executive Leadership and Development Coach, she also works with leaders to create cultures that address the physiological and psychological needs of their teams. A native Nevadan, Marcie served as Chief Financial Officer for R Construction in Reno for 10 years before establishing her namesake company helping others through brain-based coaching and body-centered hypnotherapy.
