Lorraine Kenlock

Holistic Psychotherapist

Lorraine Kenlock is a Caribbean-rooted, globally trained somatic psychotherapist and wellness consultant with over 25 years of cross-industry experience, spanning the technology, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Her early professional journey began in medical informatics, where she specialised in systems optimisation and data management across governmental and clinical settings, work that informed her understanding of how stress and dysfunction manifest not only in the body but also in the systems that surround it.

Today, Lorraine leads a vibrant integrative healing practice through her wellness brands, ITAL Lifestyle and ITAL Somatics, TCI, where she supports clients with trauma, chronic stress, ADHD, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. Her work draws on a unique blend of Somatic EMDR, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), IFS- and CBT-informed care, and integrative nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Her training includes advanced certifications in trauma recovery, plant-based food, and neurobiology of regulation.

Lorraine currently serves as the Wellness Retreat Facilitator at Salterra Resorts and Spa—a luxury wellness destination in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where she curates immersive, trauma-informed retreat experiences that integrate Caribbean ancestral wisdom with modern neuroscience and somatic healing. These programs are designed not only for guests but also for hospitality professionals, executives, and teams in need of deep rest, regulation, and reconnection.

Her trauma-informed, body-centred approach resonates with high-performing individuals navigating life transitions, grief, and nervous system fatigue, as well as with organisations and luxury brands seeking a more compassionate approach to wellness leadership and workforce well-being.
