Lindy Thomson is a neuroscience-based Clinical Hypnotherapist, speaker and educator at The Canadian Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy. With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, her passion for human potential was ignited early—sparked by her parents’ interest in Tony Robbins, who would later become one of her clients.

Lindy’s journey began with a personal realization: the brain has the power to change, and life is short. Starting in physical wellness, she quickly became captivated by the deeper workings of the mind. This led her into advanced studies in brain science, neuroplasticity, and subconscious transformation.

Her training includes Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Marisa Peer, Clinical Hypnotherapy with CACH Inc., Therapeutic Modalities with the Human Givens Institute, Positive Psychology, and neuroscience coursework from institutions such as PESI, The Brain Academy, Cambridge University, and HarvardX. Now, as both a practicing therapist and passionate instructor, Lindy blends evidence-based tools with powerful personal development strategies. Her mission is to demystify the brain, empower individuals to heal from trauma, break through limiting beliefs, and live better lives—with clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
