Lilyan Fowler, M.S., LPC-Associate, NCC, is the founder of Fowler Counseling, providing accessible virtual therapy across Texas. They graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Mental Health Clinical Counseling, and bring experience from healthcare and higher education. Lilyan has worked with clients for over two years, offering compassionate, evidence-based care. As a queer, neurodivergent, and disabled therapist, they bring lived experience, empathy, and cultural humility to supporting marginalized communities. Their practice, rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment science, helps clients build resilience, healing, and reconnection with their authentic selves.
Lilyan’s mission is growth—empowering clients to define personal success and cultivate healthy, meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Originally from the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Lilyan is married and a proud parent to three fur babies. Outside of therapy, they enjoy music, arts and crafts, cooking, and herbal medicine–interests that keep them grounded, creative, and connected. They are dedicated to creating affirming, inclusive spaces where every client feels seen, heard, and valued, and to making mental health more approachable and accessible for all.
