After reaching the height of her corporate career and recognising a lack of meaningful, emotionally intelligent support for entrepreneurs, Lauren launched her own consultancy in 2020. Three years later, she expanded her vision by founding OBM Associates, a full-service agency created to redefine what operational leadership looks like in growing businesses. Today, she and her team deliver bespoke operational strategy, team leadership, and systems implementation that align seamlessly with each client’s business model and vision.
