Dr. Kristine Medyanik

Dynamic Educator, Facilitator, and Leadership Strategist

Dr. Kristine K. Medyanik, DBA, is a dynamic educator, facilitator, and leadership strategist who has dedicated her career to equipping leaders with the tools to grow, adapt, and succeed. As a full-time professor at Corban University, she teaches courses in business, leadership, consumer behavior, and organizational strategy, guiding students to connect theory with practice through interactive learning and applied projects. Her academic and professional expertise is complemented by years of work as a project manager, curriculum designer, and fractional Chief People Officer through Shattered Glass Leadership, where she supports organizations ranging from startups to mid-sized companies with workshops, keynote speeches, and leadership development initiatives.

Dr. K is the creator of several innovative leadership programs, including a series of published UnCourses—a hands-on, take-with-you leadership development workbook—and The Evolving Leader Fellowship, which blends online and in-person learning to help emerging and evolving leaders find their voice, strengthen team cohesion, and set a clear vision for the future. She also designs retreats, training modules, and self-guided courses on generational leadership, motivation, personalities, and decision-making.

Known for her approachable and engaging teaching style, Kristine integrates humor, practicality, and evidence-based strategies to make leadership accessible and inspiring. Whether in a classroom, a corporate setting, or a retreat space, her passion is helping leaders remove roadblocks, build resilience, and lead with authenticity.
