Kirstey KAE is the founder of Embrace Head & Heart Inc., a resilience educator, speaker, and coach dedicated to translating the science of resilience into everyday practice. She believes resilience is not something we're simply born with—it's something we can understand, strengthen, and intentionally cultivate throughout our lives.

With more than 14 years of experience working alongside people, educators, organizations, and communities across Canada, Kirstey has built her career helping people make sense of stress, behaviour, and the human experience. Her work draws on neuroscience, behavioural science, positive psychology, and trauma-informed practice to bridge the gap between research and real life, making complex concepts practical, relatable, and immediately applicable.

Through coaching, professional development, workshops, and speaking engagements, Kirstey equips people with the knowledge and practical skills to better understand how the brain responds to adversity, strengthen emotional wellbeing, build healthier relationships, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding and grows through awareness, compassion, and intentional practice.
