Kirsten Welsch is the founder of ATX Color Studio, an award-winning color analysis studio in Austin, Texas, and the creator of Business of Color Analysis, where she mentors aspiring and practicing color analysts on marketing, social media, and business strategy.
 
Kirsten's path to color analysis started in an unexpected place. She spent years in luxury event design at the Four Seasons in Costa Rica, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, harmony, and the way color shapes how people look and feel. When she eventually had her own color analysis and discovered she was a True Spring, everything clicked. Shopping became easier, outfits felt cohesive, and she finally saw herself clearly in the mirror. She knew she had to help other women experience that same transformation.

Kirsten is Master Trained by the International Image Institute and specializes in the 23-season color analysis system, one of the most precise and personalized approaches available. She works with clients both in person at her Austin studio and virtually, serving women across the country and around the world. ATX Color Studio was named Best Color Analysis Studio in Austin, Texas in 2025.
 
Beyond her client work, Kirsten is passionate about raising the standard of the color analysis industry. Through Business of Color Analysis, she helps new and established analysts build strong businesses with confidence, clarity, and strategy. She is also the creator of Color Certification Compass, a course designed to help aspiring analysts choose the right training path before they invest.
