Dr. Kimberley Linert is a Transformational Mentor for Visionary Leaders, a behavioral optometrist, and a pioneer in brain-based personal evolution. With over 30 years of experience, she helps high-achieving entrepreneurs and purpose-driven professionals align their vision, values, and inner clarity to create deeply fulfilling lives.
Her journey began in behavioral optometry, where she discovered that true healing extended far beyond eyesight. She developed the Optic BrainFit™ methodology—a groundbreaking system that integrates vision, brain, and body through targeted exercises that synchronize visual input with brain function and physical movement. This work enhances outer vision by building strong neural pathways, leading to clearer thinking, improved academic and athletic performance, quicker decision-making, and sustainable cognitive improvements. In parallel, Dr. Linert’s transformational mentoring focuses on inner vision—using visualization and blind spot clearing to unlock clarity, expand possibilities, and remove subconscious barriers. By integrating central and peripheral vision, her work opens the mind to new perspectives and empowers clients to make aligned decisions with ease.
She has extensive training in neuroscience, vision development, emotional clearing modalities, integrative wellness, and nutrition. Dr. Linert holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed a fellowship in behavioral optometry and pediatrics.
She is the author of Visualizing Happiness in Every Area of Your Life, and host of the Incredible Life Creator Podcast, where she interviews global thought leaders and shares stories of breakthrough and transformation. Dr. Linert also offers high-level mentorship, private intensives, and exclusive retreats for those ready to step into the next powerful chapter of their lives.
