Dr. Katharina Mahadeva Cadwell is a physician, speaker, and thought leader redefining the future of leadership through the lens of biology. As the founder of Vivo, Ltd., she created Biological Leadership™—a groundbreaking framework that helps high-performing women regulate stress, reclaim energy, and lead with clarity in a world that rewards stamina over strategy.

With two decades of experience in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care, Dr. Kat has cared for thousands of patients across high-stakes environments. She has held academic roles at both the University of Nevada Reno and UNLV, and was a key clinical educator in the development of UNLV’s rural medicine residency program.

She is also a graduate of Stanford’s LEAD Executive Program and Harvard Business School Online, where she studied Data Science and Digital Health to deepen her ability to blend systems thinking with the emerging science of high performance.
