Kath Roberts is a trained colour therapist, systems coach, author, and international teacher who uses the transformative power of colour to balance energy, restore harmony, and ignite new ways of being. With a background in leadership for a FTSE 200 company and over 37 years of experience in sales, consultancy, and people development, she bridges spiritual wisdom and science to facilitate true understanding of how we operate- mind, body, and spirit.
 
Following an extensive career identifying and cultivating talent in the corporate world, she established her own coaching and therapeutic practice in 2009, bringing together colour therapy, systemic coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, nature-based practices, and elemental wisdom to facilitate profound inner shifts that manifest as outer success.
 
Her work speaks to creative entrepreneurs, empaths, and conscious leaders seeking more than superficial change, people ready to stop chasing someone else's dreams and start thriving in alignment with their soul's purpose. Through one-to-one coaching, group programmes, empowerment workshops and retreat immersions, Kath guides clients through a journey of making the unconscious conscious, unlearning limiting patterns, and rediscovering their core essence. Her work supports people to integrate all aspects of life, so work becomes play and purpose replaces pressure.
 
Co-author of Colourful Boardrooms, Kath provides colour lessons and principles for a new paradigm in business, one that puts connection and collaboration at the heart of everything. She values creativity, authenticity, wisdom over knowledge, and passionately believes we are all masterpieces in progress and that it's never too late to be the person you want to become. Drawing on nature as a source of inspiration, creativity, and wisdom, her second book, The Nature of Us, is a body of work that builds greater understanding of our interconnectedness. With a compassionate, whole-centred approach, she creates space and provides the appropriate structure, so transformation moves from the inside out with ease and grace.
