I was first introduced to yoga in 2011 through hot yoga 26&2, and I haven’t been able to get it off my mind since. Years later, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which lit a fire in me that’s led to hosting retreats, photographing women’s gatherings, and traveling the world in service of movement, connection, and creativity.

My studies have taken me deep into mobility and the nervous system, intuitive sequencing, flexibility & contortion, inversions, arm balances, and the fundamentals of handstands. I simply teach what I practice, and I love what I do.

But my work goes beyond the mat.

Whether behind the camera or guiding a circle of women in ceremony, I create spaces where breath, movement, and human connection meet— where sisterhood is medicine, and women remember their power.

My devotion remains the same: to keep creating, keep sharing, and keep building community rooted in truth, movement, and prayer.
