A few years ago, Julie Vander Meulen stood where many ambitious women find themselves: at the pinnacle of academic achievement with four Master's degrees and a flourishing career as a scientific researcher. The turning point came seven years ago. Despite her success, Julie felt disconnected from her true potential, living a life that seemed perfect on paper but lacked genuine fulfillment. Inspired by the transformative teachings of Gabby Bernstein and Tony Robbins, she took a courageous leap into the world of self-help and personal development. This wasn't just a career shift; it was a profound personal awakening.
 
Now, as an Empowerment Coach and the visionary founder of Own Your Life Academy, Julie has transformed her journey of self-discovery into a mission to empower women. She delves deep into the complexities of the 'good girl syndrome,' a challenge she knows all too well. With her current Ph.D. research focusing on the power of personal development to liberate women from societal expectations, Julie is pioneering new pathways for women to embrace playfulness, take risks, and pursue their deepest desires.
