Julia Dencker
Inner Peace & Conflict Transformation Mentor
Julia Dencker is a peaceful leadership and embodied peace trainer, who helps high-achieving women and visionary organizations alchemize conflict at its root — from nervous system to leadership structure.
With a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and deep academic research on personal crises and inner peace, Julia bridges the worlds of political science, trauma-informed work, and embodied leadership. Her journey began with early leadership roles at H&M, where she quickly recognized that most conflict — whether internal or interpersonal — doesn’t start in a meeting room, but in the human body.
Today, she teaches her own research-based framework through online courses, retreats, and corporate trainings, guiding high-achieving women to stay soft and strong in conflict — and supporting teams and executives to lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and cultural resilience.
Her clients range from women ready to stop performing peace and start embodying it, to CEOs navigating leadership tension and team dynamics. Whether working with individuals or institutions, Julia’s work disrupts surface-level solutions and builds peace from the inside out — fierce, grounded, and transformational
