Josh Kerpan
Success Coach
Josh Kerpan is a business owner, coach, and mentor focused on helping people pursue their God-given potential in business, family, and life. His work is grounded in a simple belief: real freedom doesn’t come from working harder, it comes from thinking clearly, leading intentionally, and building systems that support a well-lived life.
Josh brings real-world ownership experience to his coaching. Alongside building and operating businesses, he works with entrepreneurs who feel stuck in the operator role, successful on paper, but stretched thin and quietly frustrated that growth has come at the cost of time, health, or family. His role is to help them step back into true ownership by installing clarity, structure, and decision-making frameworks that remove overwhelm and restore control.
Through mentorship and modeling, Josh helps clients redesign how they think, decide, and operate both personally and professionally. His work blends strategic thinking, leadership development, and practical systems such as role clarity, delegation rhythms, and personal operating systems that allow growth without burnout.
At the core of Josh’s philosophy is stewardship. He believes people are entrusted with gifts, responsibilities, and influence, and that business should be a vehicle for impact, not an idol that consumes life. His mission is to build people first, strengthen families, and help leaders create businesses that serve something bigger than themselves.
