Jordan Roche, is a leader in faith based coaching, mental health, and decreasing pain and inflammation through a plant based diet. At the age of 25 she felt broken and at the end of the line with 7 herniated discs and countless other problems to top it off. She couldn't see a future with 7-9 chronic medications a day, so Jordan began researching a plant based diet. She had a bachelor's degree in Biology so she found her body like an experiment as she searched for answers. She quickly got off all of the medications and began seeking God. She created Be Kind to Future You with a passion for uplifting and encouraging others out of a life of chronic medications.
