Jonathan Rozenblit

Leadership Development Coach

Jonathan Rozenblit supports professionals who aspire to create conditions for themselves and others to be, bring, and do their best at work. Through Leadership Practitioner, a unique developmental program he co-founded, Jonathan equips individuals to treat leadership as a practice—not a position—guiding them to lead with authenticity, clarity, and intention. He creates environments where people can explore, question, learn, and experiment as they discover and develop their own leadership practice, ultimately bringing transformative results to their workplace.

Drawing from his leadership experience across technology, financial services, and retail industries, as well as insights from hundreds of coaching hours with professionals across diverse industries and organizations of all sizes, Jonathan has observed how conventional leadership models often inhibit genuine human connection and collaboration by focusing solely on productivity and how to change the environment to that end. Today's complex problems cannot be solved with working more or harder. They are solved by working collaboratively and innovatively. They require a different kind of leadership.

Jonathan's philosophy centers on reframing leadership as a practice rather than an identity. Just as doctors practice medicine, leaders must practice leadership through intentional actions that create optimal conditions for teams to thrive. This mastery develops over time through continuous practice refinement, with professionals valuing Jonathan as their thinking and accountability partner throughout this ongoing journey.

Through his coaching programs, keynote presentations, the book he co-authored, "The Essential Leadership Practitioner: A Framework for Meaningful Leadership," and the podcast he co-hosts, "The Leadership Practitioner Podcast," Jonathan provides professionals with practical tools to develop their unique leadership practice, inspire trust, and cultivate collaborative cultures where innovation flourishes and people bring their best selves to work every day.

Jonathan holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation.
