Jessica Lagomarsino

Business Strategist

I’m Jessica Lagomarsino, founder of Cusp of Something. I help women align who they are with what they build through clarity, intentionality, and action. With over a decade of experience in corporate strategy, project management, and business optimization across the U.S. and Europe, I’ve led initiatives, solved complex challenges, and guided teams toward growth. I hold an MBA and a deep belief in the power of alignment.

During a personal transformation, I became a certified Reiki Master and licensed esthetician, both a testament to my commitment to following curiosity and stepping beyond my comfort zone. That journey ultimately led me to create Cusp of Something, a space where strategy and self-awareness meet, and women are supported in building businesses that reflect their values and vision.

My approach is rooted in competence, resilience, quiet inner work, and empowerment. Through a variety of one-on-one services, thoughtful content, and self-serve tools, I support women in creating clarity and momentum on their own terms. When I’m not working, I’m traveling, on my yoga mat, riding my Vespa, or spending time with friends and family.
