Jensine Ines Madera is a Founder, Entrepreneur, and multidisciplinary Artist whose work bridges creativity, storytelling, and innovation. She is the Founder of 32peces, a creative collective and cultural platform dedicated to empowering artisans and advancing the intersection of arts, culture, and education.
 
With over two decades of experience in the creative services industry, Jensine’s career spans editorial fashion, runway production, and styling for print and live events. As digital platforms reshaped the creative landscape, she expanded into UX & UI design, developing client communication interfaces that merged aesthetic vision with user-centered technology.
 
After transitioning from the fast-paced startup world to raise her first-born son, Jensine redefined her practice to focus on purposeful artistry and community-driven entrepreneurship. Her work has been featured through guest speaking engagements at WiSTEM 1871 Tech Lab in Chicago and the University of Chicago, including the event “Mind Your Career.”
 
Jensine has developed narrative and branding strategies for executives and creative professionals, emphasizing authentic storytelling and audience connection. Through 32peces, she continues to pioneer new models for creative collaboration—combining artistic disciplines, professional insight, and cultural engagement to inspire emerging creators.
 
Her podcast, 32peces, features conversations with artisans, CEOs, scholars, and cultural leaders, fostering dialogue around creativity and innovation. In her forthcoming audiobook, “My Founder’s Diary,” Jensine offers a reflective look at her journey as a female founder navigating the evolving landscape of art, entrepreneurship, and motherhood in the 21st century.
