Jennifer Ann Hall
Educator, Certified & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher,
Jennifer Hall is a highly adaptable, service-oriented professional with over two decades of diverse leadership spanning healthcare, public education, luxury hospitality, and private household management. As a two-time cancer survivor and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, credentialed by Dharma Moon and Tibet House in 2025, she possesses a rare blend of deep empathy, mental resilience, and exceptional organizational agility. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Radford University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Lynchburg College. Grounded by these credentials, Jennifer excels at stepping into high-demand environments to streamline operations, manage complex logistics, and provide top-tier support.
Her extensive career began in the clinical realm as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Adjunct Therapist at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where she spent years coordinating programs and navigating high-risk psychiatric settings. This foundational experience in crisis intervention and deep discretion seamlessly prepared her for a long, impactful tenure in public education. Teaching Family and Consumer Sciences across Virginia and North Carolina, Jennifer chaired career and technical departments, spearheaded state-supported pilot programs to mentor future educators, and expertly balanced the needs of students, parents, and administrators. Her capacity for managing fast-paced, dynamic settings was enhanced during her seasonal work in guest support services at the luxury Waterfall Resort in Alaska, where she delivered high-end experiences for VIP guests and managed retail inventory, then transitioning to the private sector of personal assistance and household manager in California, all while navigating cancer treatment and relapse prevention.
Highly resilient and adaptable to change, Jennifer balances her time between Virginia, Michigan, Florida, and South Carolina. She channels her life experiences into her short story and memoir series, Caught Looking, and recently as an executive contributor to Brainz magazine with a focus on inspiring readers to navigate the vicissitudes of life and realize their full potential.
