Jeff was born and raised in the smallest state in America. He came from a working class family that was filled with love and support. From a young age he knew he was different and always had big dreams of success and knew hard work would get him there. One day the introvert in him changed and something clicked. He started studying personal development and used his discipline from the martial arts to excel. He became obsessed with learning how people think and what makes them make decisions based on emotions and logic. Jeff never attended college but got his education working for a local auto dealer. Even though he was reserved, slowly the shell cracked and his true personality came out. Within the first two years Jeff excelled into the top 5 of the dealership. He became an elite salesperson and met hundreds of people. That was the catalyst on his journey to read people and understand how people think. Jeff knows nothing about cars but has been quoted. “It’s not how the watch is made, it’s about the person wearing the watch.” Jeff later excelled into upper management and has been there ever since. An avid reader, Jeff decided to write his first book published in 2019. It was a children’s book called ‘Recipe of a Stepdad”. Jeff was a stepfather and wanted to honor the strong bond he built with his daughter and to teach other children that blended families are perfectly normal. Jeff’s second book “Scars Wide Open” was a little darker. The book is compiled of letters from real life people who wanted to say their last words to someone who has passed in their life. It focuses on dealing with loss and grief and the mental health wrapped around it. Jeff currently distributes a weekly newsletter and is focusing on his next 10 years of growth.
