Jan Turner is an ICF-credentialed executive coach and strategic advisor, with over 25 years of experience in C-suite roles at Dow 30 and Fortune 100 companies. Throughout her career, she has led teams across 11 different functions, driven enterprise transformation in the best and worst of times, managed P&Ls, and served as a trusted advisor on matters of growth, M&A, customer experience, talent development and inclusion. This diverse background gives her an integral view of how organizations and individuals grow and change.
 
Having personally navigated the cycles of achievement, hardcore burnout and rebirth, Jan knows the importance of whole-person development. Her own experiences with career shifts, health challenges, self-reflection and personal growth have shaped her belief that sustainable leadership starts when we reconnect with our inner wisdom and lead from a place of presence rather than just performance.
 
Jan brings together her diverse experiences and training into a unique Integrative Coaching approach. She uses Integral Coaching®, the Enneagram, mindfulness, personal inquiry and executive coaching techniques to help leaders grow in a grounded, practical way and break patterns that keep them stuck – such as self-doubt, perfectionism and burnout. Her leadership-development work centers on professionals and teams who are navigating change, dealing with complexity or stepping into new levels of leadership and contribution.
 
Jan is a lifelong sojourner who finds inspiration in art, music, nature, service, spirituality and people who rise above the challenges they face.
