Jacqueline Rulander
Personal Development & Cultural Awareness Coach
Jacqueline Rulander was born and raised in Barbados in the Caribbean. She has lived and worked outside of Barbados for 20+ years, of which more than 13 have been in Sweden.
Jackie is a trained veterinarian but has been working with people development as a coach and trainer for more than 10 years. She is passionate about seeing people live out their potential, creativity in many forms and continual learning.
Jackie, guided by faith, believes in the potential strengths in culturally diverse situations and for this reason founded the Culture Bridge Association to help culturally curious people in Sweden to gain tools which ease interactions with 'the other'.
She has also started a personal development company, Vetcraft Creative studios to use coaching and training to help cross cultural professionals and teams to thrive through a personal development & and cultural awareness programme (THRIVE!).
Jackie has completed more than 100 hours of coach education and is currently working towards International Coaching Federation certification.
Jackie has sought out continuing education in leadership, cultural intelligence and training and has also faciliated several short courses.
Jackie has diverse interests, from learning about culture and other cultures to music and other creative pursuits.
Jackie currently lives in Sweden with her husband and foster dog.
