Dr. Jackie Cawley is an osteopathic family physician, author, healthcare executive, and thought leader in personal and professional transformation. With over 30 years of experience, she has led transformational change in a variety of healthcare organizations, developed numerous leadership programs, and has mentored hundreds of individuals in achieving their fullest potential. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Delean Institute for Growth and Wellness, Dr. Cawley is dedicated to helping people live with purpose and confidence.  Dr. Cawley is also the author of Power Up; 7 Transformational Steps to Own YOur Power and Have More Joy in Your Life. Power Up is more than just a book—it’s a guide for individuals seeking to find their voice, embrace their authenticity, and step into their highest potential. With practical insights and actionable frameworks, Power Up helps readers break through self-limiting beliefs and develop the confidence to pursue their dreams with purpose. Dr. Cawley obtained her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s Kennedy Memorial Health System, in southern New Jersy. She has held multiple senior and executive leadership positions in healthcare, served as interim Dean of the University of New England’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, and most recently founded her own organization to support others in their professional and personal growth and development. Dr. Cawley spends her time between Naples, Florida and Yarmouth, Maine with her husband and their collie, Skylar.
