Jack Aaron

Jack Aaron is the founder and public face of the World Socionics Society (WSS), one of the largest international platforms devoted to advancing Socionics and personality-type theory in real-world application. Through the WSS YouTube channel, he has established himself as a thought leader in personality psychology, publishing lectures, interviews, and educational content that reach a global audience. Over the years, Jack has conducted hundreds of in-depth interviews, exploring how personality shapes relationships, careers, and personal growth. His insights have led to real-life transformation, helping individuals find life partners (including his own), saving marriages, and enabling people to gain deeper understanding of themselves and others.
 
Jack is also the founder of InPsyght Consulting UK, a business psychology consultancy committed to helping startups and small and medium organisations strengthen leadership, enhance teamwork, and build resilient cultures. At InPsyght, he delivers evidence-based programmes: leadership coaching, assessment for hiring or promotion, and team development interventions, designed for small and mid-sized enterprises. Drawing on his MSc in Occupational Psychology, BPS Test User certification, and coaching expertise, Jack has guided teams through conflict, boosted collaboration, and produced measurable improvements in performance. As part of his consulting work, Jack developed DEMI, an evidence-based alternative to DEI that preserves meritocracy and improves the performance of teams and organisations.
