Inga Kalace

Self-Development Mind Body Coach

Inga is a certified holistic life coach and mind–body practitioner specialising in self-development, subconscious reprogramming, and lasting behavioural change. She helps individuals break limiting patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful, sustainable transformation. From a young age, Inga was drawn to understanding human behaviour and the deeper patterns that shape how we experience life. Growing up around emotional challenges gave her an early awareness of the connection between the inner world and external reality.

At fourteen, an important moment sparked her path into self-development when a book she read created a real shift within her own family—and it sparked something in her that stayed with her ever since. Throughout her life, she has explored and studied the mind–body connection, including neuroscience-based training. Through both learning and personal experience, she recognised that real change doesn’t happen through mindset alone it happens when the mind, body, and deeper inner self work together. Her work is built around a clear three-step approach: awareness, rewiring, and integration. She supports clients in identifying patterns, reprogramming limiting beliefs, and creating lasting behavioural change.

Inga has also delivered staff wellness sessions, supporting individuals and teams to manage stress and improve wellbeing. She is the co-founder of Whispered Desires, a brand that creates custom sleep tapes using repetition and immersive audio to support subconscious reprogramming.

With a background in the corporate world, she understands the impact of stress and burnout and now helps others create more balance, clarity, and sustainable growth. She also hosts a podcast on wellness, mindset, and personal development, sharing practical tools for lasting change. Her work is grounded in the belief that true transformation is not about fixing yourself, but about understanding yourself and creating a life that reflects who you truly are.
