High-stress, ego-focused corporate career, that’s where I spent most of my 20s and 30s. While I played and developed my empathetic spiritual gifts on the side, that’s all it was, thinking that the main focus needed to be a successful career of leadership and salary.

Then I realized how important it was to understand the bigger picture, here on our beautiful Earth, where rising above the duality of life gives us so much more of a fulfilling life, no matter the twists and turns that happen while we are here!

We are energetic bodies as much as we are physical and emotional, and yet we pay very little to no attention to this area. So much of today’s societal mindset is led by ego and the head, with no access to the heart, intuition, and soul journey.

Now I understand the true value of both, and combine my successful career closing many multimillion pound deals, coaching and leading senior teams with my spiritual gifts of understand energy, how to work with it and not against it whilst applying my deep knowledge of healthcare gained working in the pharmaceutical, NHS and Ayurvedic industries.

I hold a diploma in Ayurveda, a BSc (HONS) in Science and Management, Sales and coaching qualifications along with a master Reiki certificate and an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathic medicine, and i use all of this experience and learning combined with a deep ability to connect to the universe around and inside of us.

In 2021 I published my first book One True North which describes one women’s journey of awakening to the reality of what we actually are rather than who we think we have to be.

Today, my main expertise is in understand and tapping into universal energy within us and around us and I have given many talks and presentations on this and how to utilize in our business and personal lives.

On a 1:1 level I combine Life and Executive Coaching experience with qualified health and wellness advice and deep spiritual tools to offer a truly holistic experience for my clients.
