Her career includes senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, data governance, privacy and compliance, AI-ready operating models, operational strategy, and executive advisory work. Geneva’s leadership approach is shaped by her experience as a senior executive, consultant, Chief of Staff, business owner, and strategic partner to leaders navigating change, growth, digital transformation, and responsible innovation.
 
As co-founder of The JITT Group, Geneva focuses on executive coaching, leadership development, organizational strategy, DISC-based team development, neuroscience-informed leadership, AI and data governance education, and faith-centered transformation.
