Faria Arsh is a multi-award-winning CEO, best-selling author, international speaker, and autism specialist with over a decade of experience supporting autistic and disabled individuals, families, and professionals worldwide. She is ADOS-2 trained and highly regarded for her expertise in autism, communication, behavioural analysis, and practical intervention strategies that create real, sustainable change.

As the Founder and CEO of The Autism Foundation, a registered social enterprise, Faria has developed evidence-based training programmes that have transformed the lives of hundreds of families globally. Her work empowers parents, carers, educators, and professionals to confidently support autistic individuals with complex needs, particularly in areas such as communication, behaviour, and independence.

Faria’s professional mission is deeply personal. She is the mother of a teenage daughter with severe autism, ADHD, profound learning difficulties, and epilepsy. This lived experience has shaped her uncompromising commitment to improving standards of care, inclusion, and dignity for the disabled community. In response to widespread systemic failures, she is now expanding The Autism Foundation into high-quality care services, reinvesting all profits back into community support and advocacy.

An accomplished leader with global reach, Faria has delivered seminars and training across special schools and professional settings, built international advisory teams across the UK, USA, Middle East, and Europe, and received multiple awards for her impact, including recognition in Dubai.
