Dr. Ewa J. Kleczyk is a nationally recognized, award-winning healthcare research executive, author, and speaker with over two decades of leadership in healthcare innovation, data science, and community empowerment. Born in Wroclaw, Poland, Dr. Kleczyk’s journey has taken her from international roots to becoming one of the most influential leaders in her field.
 
She is the co-founder of the Kleczyk-Strout Foundation, which advances education and equitable access to healthcare for underserved communities. She also serves on the boards of Sisterhood Extravaganza, Wheels for Hope, and the Community Cancer Council at Northern Light Health, where she champions women’s leadership, patient advocacy, and community advancement.
 
Dr. Kleczyk is the author of Empowered Leadership: Breaking Barriers, Building Impact, and Leaving a Legacy, and her thought leadership has been featured across academic and industry peer-reviewed journals. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Universal Journal of 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Technology & Publishing (UJWEL). A frequent conference speaker in the arenas of healthcare and leadership, she is also a regular guest on community podcasts, where she shares insights on healthcare transformation, leadership, women’s empowerment, and data-driven innovation.

Dr. Kleczyk holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Excellence at Columbia University. She also serves as an affiliated graduate faculty member at the University of Maine’s School of Economics, where she mentors and teaches the next generation of leaders and researchers.
 
Through her leadership, academic contributions, editorial work, public speaking, and philanthropic service, Dr. Kleczyk continues to inspire individuals and organizations to break barriers, build impact, and leave a legacy. Currently, she resides in Lansdale, Pa with her husband, JR Strout.
