Liz Tsekouras is a neurodiverse specialist coach, educator and the founder of Support to Success, a practice dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive academically, professionally and personally. With over 10 years of experience across education, public sector services, and specialist learning support, Liz is widely recognised for her compassionate, practical and strengths-based coaching approach.

Liz works closely with neurodivergent adults and students, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and related learning differences, helping them build confidence, self-awareness, and sustainable strategies for success. Her coaching focuses on executive functioning, wellbeing, goal-setting, self-advocacy and navigating education and workplace systems with clarity and confidence.

As a qualifies educator and experienced trainer, Liz brings a deep understanding of learning psychology, inclusive practice and individual motivation to her coaching work. She has extensive experience supporting clients through Access to Work and DSA-related pathways, ensuring support is personalised, practical and empowering rather than deficit-focused.

Alongside her coaching practice, Liz has led and coordinated training programmes, developed learning resource and supported professionals working with neurodiverse individuals. Her background includes lecturing in Sociology and Psychology, delivering workshops and mentoring both learners and staff, allowing her to bridge academic insight with real world application.

Liz is known for creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard, understood and capable of meaningful change. Her work is underpinned by a strong belief in autonomy, inclusion and the power of tailored support to unlock potential. Through her work Liz continues to champion neurodiverse- affirming coaching that helps individuals move forward with self-belief.
