Ekaterina Leonova
Change Coach
Dr. Ekaterina Leonova is a Change Coach and the founder of Leonova Consulting, based in Bern, Switzerland. Her background spans psychology, life sciences, and entrepreneurship — a combination that lets her move fluidly between the emotional and the analytical, meeting clients in whatever language they think and feel in, whether they're engineers, scientists, founders, or managers.
Ekaterina works with professionals who are accomplished on the outside yet often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or insecure underneath. Many of her clients have spent their adult lives adapting, performing, and meeting expectations — becoming highly skilled and deeply relied-upon, yet never quite learning who they are at their core or how to listen to their own needs. That's where her work begins.
Rather than offering quick fixes, Ekaterina treats coaching as a deep, intentional process of uncovering what's truly happening beneath the surface: the real starting point, the gap between what is and what's actually needed, and the change required for someone to feel more like themselves again. Her approach blends psychological depth and systems thinking with analytical clarity, intuition, and a very human understanding of how complex growth can be. Clients often describe their sessions as the moment when things that felt tangled suddenly become coherent, emotional patterns become understandable, and action starts to feel possible again.
