My journey from "fat-to-fit" has been a transformative experience, shedding 27kg (about 60lbs) during a challenging time in my life. Following a difficult break-up, I found myself at a low point, both emotionally & physically. I had the choice to spiral down or do something different. In that pivotal moment, I chose to do something different. I re-channelled my energy to redefine my priorities & shift my mindset towards self-care & self-acceptance. Sometimes I slip. So, every day, I have to actively cultivate a solid mindset & fitness habits that empower me to take control of my mind & body. I believe that some of these techniques could benefit others too.
 
As I embrace my true self & let go of limiting beliefs attached to a need to fit in, I'm learning to carve my own path. My goal is to help as many people as possible do the same, but that requires a commitment to change. In my role as a mindset coach, I don't simply provide answers or solutions. Instead, I help guide people to discover their inner strength & unlock the potential that already exists within them. In order to scale that reach & help as many people as possible, "A.I DILAN" seeks to do the same by combining AI TECH with SELF-CARE, mimicking what I'd say in person, but on a "quick-self-help" basis via WhatsApp, 24/7, in-depth & interactive. I now create Bespoke AI Personas for others too.
 
Concurrently, I represent brands as an ambassador for products that align with my personal journey. In my "daytime career", I have been in investment banking, working in London & New York. My heritage is Sri Lankan, but I was born on welfare, on a council estate, raised in London, schooled at the University of Leeds (UK), Kansai Gaidai in Osaka (Japan) & Middlebury College in Vermont (USA), gaining a joint honours degree in Japanese & Economics. Featured in Entrepreneur & Forbes amongst other publications, TV shows & podcasts.
