Dilan is an experienced entrepreneur and former J.P. Morgan equities sales-trader with over 25 years in global equity risk markets, bringing the precision, discipline, and strategic thinking of high-touch sales-trading into the world of bespoke AI Personas.

He specialises in transforming human expertise into monetisable digital assets through bespoke AI Personas, intelligent, always-on representations of a person's thinking, voice, and decision-making. Rather than focusing on automation for automation's sake, Dilan helps experts and SMEs encode their knowledge, judgement, and lived experience into AI systems that earn, scale, and compound value over time.

Having built and deployed his own custom AI Persona, AI DILAN, and delivered live AI Persona implementations across UK SME markets, Dilan blends technical execution with a deep understanding of the commercial, psychological, and reputational challenges faced by founders, consultants, and creators.

As an active creator himself, mainly on Instagram, Dilan brings first-hand insight into the creator economy, understanding how AI Personas can amplify reach, preserve authenticity, and build trust without diluting the human behind the brand.

Educated in the UK, Japan, and the United States with a joint honours degree in Japanese and Economics. Also formally trained in both AI and Life Coaching, and a creator on Social Media, Dilan's multidisciplinary background bridges technology, human psychology, and performance.
