Dave Scrivens has spent over 20 years as a certified lymphologist, but his own health journey began long before that. Undiagnosed at age 17 he spent most of his life with a disease that slowly disabled him. Raynaud's disease.  He spent years navigating a medical system that couldn't resolve it until a diagnosis 15 months ago. In his late 30s, as the condition progressed into its more severe secondary form, he discovered lymphology, part of our bodies natural immune defense mechanism – and around the same time faced additional health challenges, including prostate cancer, obesity, and a weakened immune system.

It took years of applying lymphatic detox principles before he found the missing piece: supporting his immune system naturopathically. Once that shift happened, in 2021, his health steadily turned around, and today he considers himself at roughly 90% health.

That experience shaped his belief that most people underestimate the role of the lymphatic system in overall wellness. Much like the circulatory system, it runs throughout the entire body – its own network of vessels, valves, and fluid – but its job is different: drainage, detoxification, and the removal of waste, toxins, and impurities. It also plays a critical role in supporting the immune system and overall systematic health.

Today, Dave helps clients understand and support their lymphatic system through physical, nutritional, and lifestyle approaches, whether they're working to regain their health or protect it. He is currently completing a Health and Life Coaching certification, he has 20+ years as a lymphologist. Earlier in his career was one of the original engineers behind the Canadian Internet, with R&D Engineering degrees.
