Darren Jewell

Inspirational Speaker

Darren Scott Jewell is a NeuroResilience Coach, inspirational speaker and a brain injury thriver who helps people build calm, focus and confidence by working with the brain and nervous system, not against them. His work is rooted in lived experience. After a childhood balcony fall, Darren grew up believing his struggles were "just the way he was." In adulthood, he discovered something life-changing, one-third of his brain was non-functional since that early injury. Instead of accepting limitation as his identity, he committed to training his brain with gentle, consistent practices grounded in neuroplasticity.

Over time, Darren rebuilt cognitive-function, strengthened emotional regulation and learned that real resilience isn't hardness, it's steadiness. He now teaches others how to create sustainable change without burnout, using practical tools that make the body feel safe enough to grow. His approach blends neuroscience, habit design, compassion, turning overwhelm in clear and next steps people can actually follow.

Darren's mission has been intensified by family experience. He lost his mum, Elizabeth to vascular dementia after a long fight in October 2025 and his dad lives with a mix of vascular dementia and Alzheimer's. That reality fuels Darren's commitment to helping reduce the number of lives these cruel illnesses affect, through education, prevention-focused lifestyle change and the daily training that keeps the brain as healthy as possible.

Whether he is on stage, coaching or creating content, Darren is known for translating complex brain science into reliable, human language. His message is simple and powerful: You are not broken you are patterned and with the right support and repetition, patterns can be updated.
